Nathalie Antenor was the Human Resources/Grant Coordinator for the PanZOu Project, Inc in North Miami Beach, Florida. The PanZOu Project is an award-winning youth gang prevention and intervention agency that works with children and young adults in Miami-Dade County. In 2004, Nathalie began as the Assistant to the Director assisting in the implementation of a $2.5 million dollar grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. She was later promoted to Human Resources/ Grant Coordinator where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of the program.
As the Human Resources Coordinator, Nathalie’s responsibilities included recruitment and selection, new employee orientation, compensation and benefits, payroll management, drafting of the agency’s employee manual, and supervision of administrative staff. As the Grant Coordinator, she oversaw the implementation of a Strengthening Families Program, a Violence Intervention Project, and a Job Skills Training Program to ensure that services delivery, outcome measurements and contractual requirements were achieved. Ms. Antenor has raised $420K through grants proposals to fund the agency’s gang prevention, intervention and re-entry programs.
Ms. Antenor is a native of South Florida and takes pleasure in being a Human Resource professional of Haitian descendent whose efforts with PanZOu help to assist a marginalized population by ensuring that the organization’s staff is the best in the field to tend to client’s complex needs.
Nathalie attended the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Nathalie holds a Masters of Art degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR).
