Autobiographical Statement: Highlight those aspects of your development that brought you to this point in your life. What makes you unique? Who are your influences? What are your educational milestones? What personal attributes or characteristics will make you likely to succeed in this fellowship?
Career Goal Statement: Discuss the factors that have led you to choose this education path.
What attracts you to a career in Public Administration? What experiences have influenced this career direction? What is your five-year goal?
Resume: Submit on plain paper all your work experience, skills, and talents.
Request for Official Transcript: Submit one official transcript from each college and
graduate institution you have attended.
